By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Cylo Care mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
Cylo Care is a period tracking application that allows users to record menstrual cycles, symptoms, and related health information. The App provides predictions and insights based on the data entered by the user.
While the App is designed to help track menstrual health, it is not intended to be used as a medical device or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We prioritize your privacy and the security of your personal data. All user data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or third parties unless explicitly authorized by you.

The core functionality of the App does not require account creation. However, certain premium features may require creating an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Cylo Care offers both free and premium subscription options:
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.
You agree not to use the App to upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the App according to these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will function without interruption or errors. The App's functionality depends on many factors, including your device's capabilities and internet connectivity.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
